About Cancellations
- ⌛Cancellation within 24 hours: Orders can be canceled unconditionally within 24 hours after placing the order with full refund.
- ⌛Cancellation after 24 hours: 50% of the item fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of the item fee and shipping costs will be refunded after cancellation.
- ❗Custom/Pre-order products: Cannot be cancelled once production has started.
❗If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to accept the cancellation due to international logistics constraints!

💸 Out-of-stock products refund: If we encounter a situation where product discontinuation or out-of-stock, we will proactively reach out within 24 hours of receiving the notification to keep you informed and initiate the refund process promptly.

🎭 Cosplay Costume Disclosure
Cosplay costumes are crafted with meticulous attention to detail. However, please note the following:
📦 We ship costumes in their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition. Despite careful packaging, minor issues may occasionally occur during transit.
Size Tolerance:
- Please allow 1-2 inches difference for standard size chart
- Please allow 1-3 inches difference for custom size due to manual measurement
- (1 inch = 2.54cm, 1cm = 0.39 inch)
Color Variation:
- As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images
Size Guidance:
- Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume size
- We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size
- If you don’t know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you take your measurements, and then choose our custom size

✅ COVERED by Our Return/Exchange Policy (Within 14 Days of Receipt)
- ✓ It arrived wrong item/color
- ✓ It arrived damaged or in defective quality
- ✓ It arrived with missing parts
❌ NOT COVERED by Our Return/Exchange Policy
- ✗ Pre-order, made to order, special sale items (lucky bag), clearance items (Final Sale), and gift cards
- ✗ Products made in the wrong size due to customers providing incorrect measurements
- ✗ Worn, used, stained, trimmed, altered, or washed items
- ✗ Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time
- ✗ Outside of 14 days of receipt
- ✗ Partial components of a costume set (the full set must be returned to qualify for refund)
- ✗ Containing intimate items (underwear, socks, stockings, shoe covers, boot tops)
💳 Return Process Instructions
- Contact Us First: Please contact our after-sale service via email before initiating any return. We do not accept returns without customer service consent.
- Submit Evidence: Send related photos to confirm the problem so we can process your claim.
- Return Window: Buyers are responsible for returning items in their original, unused condition within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery.
- Shipping Method: Returns must be sent through registered mail with online delivery tracking number.
- Return Address: Please contact us at support@ed2kcosplay.com for the correct return address before returning your items.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.
⚠️ Shipping Fee Responsibility:
• Non-quality issues (size not fit, change of mind, etc.): Buyer bears round-trip shipping costs
• Quality issues (defects, damages, wrong items): ED2K covers return shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for original delivery
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (for non-quality issues)
• Unauthorized refusal of delivery will result in a charge equal to the full order amount as the return shipping fee
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item due to size issues:
- Contact us for the correct return address before returning items
- Buyer bears return shipping fee and resend shipping fee for size exchanges
- The exchanged items will be sent out after we receive the returned items meet the requirements for exchange (items in original condition with tags)
No refunds will be given for unauthorized returns resulting in the parcel not being found.
💰 Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved: Refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
